Order processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. If an unusual delay affects your order, we will contact you.
Estimated delivery
Delivery is generally estimated at 2–9 business days after dispatch. Standard U.S. delivery is typically around five business days. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, destination, weather or peak periods.
U.S. shipping charges
For orders of $36.01 or less, standard shipping is a flat $9. For orders above $36.01, shipping is calculated at 25% of the order total. Any applicable sales tax is shown during checkout.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. If tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within five business days after the expected date, contact us with your name and order number.
Address accuracy
Please review your delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs correction; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
